This is how you do with complaints
Should the accident happen and you have a complaint, you must do the following:
You must take a picture of the size label on both sides. One side of the size and the other of the production number, and a picture of the error. You email these 3 pictures to us with your order number and we will produce a new one for you. It often takes between 2 to 4 weeks. You just throw away the broken product.
